NuMedica GlutaMed GlutaMed™ is a pleasant tasting formula that provides support for a healthy intestinal lining and optimal gastrointestinal function. A healthy intestinal lining is essential for digestion, liver function and immune function. This formula has been specifically developed with high levels of the amino acid glutamine, which serves as a fuel source and a precursor for growth of the rapidly dividing cells of the GI mucosal lining. Arabinogalactan is a naturally occurring polysaccharide that provides excellent support for GI health. The aloe in this formula is specially processed to remove the bitter principles and prevent any laxative effect. Ingredients One scoop contains: L-Glutamine    -    3,500 mg Arabinogalactan   -     2,000 mg Licorice extract (10:1; deglycyrrhizinated)    -    500 mg Aloe vera powder (organic)   -    100 mg Other Ingredients: Natural vanilla flavors, stevia (steviol glycosides).
