Globe Pull Up Bar

Raise the bar on your strength training with the last pull-up bar you'll ever need. Choose from a standard grip, neutral grip, or globe grip to keep things spicy. Target your back, biceps, forearms, and core, or just hang around to boost your grip strength and decompress your spine after heavy squats. The Globe Grip Pull Up Bar has an innovative design and rust-resistant black powder coat. With a 500lb weight capacity and sturdy steel construction, this bad boy was built to last. Choose the size that corresponds with your power rack. Requires a 43" crossmember or can be mounted on the side of your rack if it has a 43" depth. Hardware included.
