Glassy Clear Fluorapophyllite Termination Cluster | Old Stock 1980’s

Glassy Clear Fluorapophyllite Termination Cluster | High-Grade Collector Mineral Specimen | Old Stock 1980’s Maharashtra, India Small Cabinet Specimen, 8cm x 7cm x 3.5cm The name Apophyllite refers to the larger group of minerals, and the crystal form commonly called Apophyllite, featuring a tetragonal crystal lattice and a pearly luster, has been classified as Fluorapophyllite. These prismatic glassy crystals range from incredibly clear to brilliant shades of green and pink, depending on the impurities of that particular specimen. The larger mineral group of Zeolites (which includes Apophyllite, Stilbite, Heulandite, and others) often forms when alkaline groundwater meets pockets of volcanic rocks and ash, creating hotspots of mineral-rich water primed for Zeolite formation. Due to its association with extreme heat and water, its metaphysical associations are for cleansing and purifying the aura. This listing is for one crystal, as pictured; please see all photos and videos, and feel free to send a message if you have any further questions. All crystals have been hand-selected for quality and aesthetics, so you can rest assured that you will receive a beautiful piece.
