Required Information A drawing, dimensioned sketch, or mounting-hardware cut sheet showing the exact notch or hole size and location must be provided before fabrication. Ordering Notes Glass is fabricated to the approved dimensions before tempering and lamination. Hole diameter, notch geometry, edge distances, and exact placement must therefore be finalized before the glass is released for fabrication. Notch and hole fabrication is subject to the glass fabricator's manufacturing limitations and project-specific review. Custom-fabricated glass is non-refundable and non-returnable once approved and released for production.
