Universal Overland Bed Rack

The DV8 Offroad MTO Series Mid-Size Truck Bed Rack delivers practical, low-profile overlanding storage without compromising aerodynamics or vehicle lines. Built as a universal 2-piece adjustable system, it fits a range of mid-size trucks including the Jeep Gladiator JT, Toyota Tacoma, Ford Ranger, Chevy Colorado, and GMC Canyon. At just 8 inches above the bed rails, it positions a collapsed roof top tent at or slightly above cab height, reducing wind drag and road noise during highway drives or long overland trips. Constructed from robust steel plate in varying thicknesses and finished in durable micro-texture black powder coat, this rack prioritizes strength and clean integration. Multiple integrated mounting solutions support essential recovery and storage gear: dedicated plates for RotopaX fuel/water cans, included mounts for hi-lift style jacks, eight interior D-rings for secure tie-downs, hidden channels for LED light pods or bars along both sides, and zip-tie tabs for organized wiring. Installation is straightforward bolt-on with no cutting required, typically completed in about 2.5 hours. Designed for real-world use, it works with or without factory bed side rails and adapts to different bed lengths for optimal accessory placement. DV8 recommends a 750 lb static load guideline, but always verify limits in your truck's owner manual. This rack adds functional capacity while maintaining a purposeful, understated profile suited to serious overlanding and truck-based camping setups.
