GL 55 Extra Spare Container

The GL 55 spare container increases the overall capacity of your GL 55 composting toilet. For limited seasonal use, the one spare container included in the basic GL 55 package is usually sufficient. However, for more frequent use, additional containers are needed. With spare containers, the GL 55 system can offer virtually unlimited capacity. When a container is full, simply swap it with an empty spare—no need to handle any raw toilet waste. The full container can be set aside to continue composting, and by the time all your containers are full, the first one should have finished composting and be ready for use as fertilizer in your garden or similar areas. Please note: every new GL 55 composting toilet package includes one spare container. So, if you purchase the GL 55 toilet along with an additional spare container, you will receive a total of three containers—one with an open lid and two with closed lids.
