Ginger Table Light

The Original BTC Ginger Table Light brings modern functionality to classic design through its pleasingly rounded shade that combines spun aluminum craftsmanship with an articulated arm system for complete lighting control. This thoughtfully engineered design allows the shade to be raised or lowered to create perfect ambience or deliver focused light exactly where needed, making it ideal for both task and ambient lighting applications. Available in four sophisticated finishes - chrome, white, cream, or black-painted aluminum - each with a polished aluminum base that ensures stability and lasting quality. Whether positioned on bedside tables where the adjustable arm provides customizable reading light, placed on desks where the directional shade enhances productivity, or used in living spaces where the rounded form adds soft modern appeal, the Ginger Table Light delivers both practical functionality and refined British design sophistication. This table light showcases authentic British metalwork using centuries-old spinning techniques inherited from London's East India Docks heritage. Each spun aluminum shade begins as a sheet metal disc that's formed through high-speed spinning and hand-applied pressure, creating the distinctive rounded shape that defines the Ginger collection. The articulated arm mechanism ensures smooth adjustment and lasting durability, while the variety of finish options allows perfect integration with any interior aesthetic. E26 compatibility supports both LED and incandescent options with full dimming capability, and UL listing ensures safe North American installation. Original BTC, established in 1990 by Peter Bowles, designs with quality, detail, and respect for authentic British manufacturing traditions while creating lighting that feels both timeless and thoroughly contemporary. The Ginger Table Light reflects the brand's passion for combining heritage metalworking techniques with modern functionality, delivering lighting solutions that enhance daily life through thoughtful engineering. Through traditional spun aluminum construction and careful attention to adjustability and proportion, Original BTC helps create interiors that celebrate both craftsmanship excellence and practical design intelligence while delivering lighting that adapts perfectly to changing needs throughout the day.
