Pour boiled water over tea bag or 1 tsp loose powder and steep for 3-4 minutes. Ginger tincture: Made with fresh and dried organic ginger, grain alcohol, and organic glycerite. Ratio: 1:2;  50–60% alcohol content Ginger oxymel: Ginger preparation made with organic apple cider vinegar with the mother and local honey.  Ginger capsules: 90 gelatin capsules with 80 mg organic ginger fill per capsule, excluding the gelatin shell.  Important information The tincture contains alcohol. The oxymel contains honey and is not suitable for infants under 12 months. The capsules contain animal-derived gelatin.
