Ginger Bitters

Ginger is one of our favorite ingredients. Its versatility lends to sweet, savory, spicy and earthy cocktails. Each bottle of Hella Ginger Bitters is vibrant and spicy, with layers of gingery citrus, subtle baking spice and a lingering spicy finish. Our formula uses both dried and crystallized ginger and lots of real lemon peels. It's familiar, but unlike anything you’ve ever tasted. 80 servings per bottle. WTF ARE BITTERS? Known for being the bartender's salt and pepper, Cocktail Bitters are a flavorful infusion of Spices, Fruit Peel, and Bitter Roots strongly rooted in cocktail and medicinal history. Behind the bar, they’re the bartender's spice cabinet and used creatively to counterbalance notes of tart and sweet. No bar is complete without Hella's iconic Ginger Bitters.
