Gaoyangsan understands and strives to preserve this craft!   This dedication results in ginger candy that's unique with every bite.   The moment you put it in your mouth, the original sugarcane juice and ginger juice are instantly restored,   a warm, sweet sensation washes over you, warming your palms and toes!   This hard-won, meticulously crafted ginger candy needs to be savored slowly,   to truly appreciate the dedication of the person who made it, slowly roasting it over charcoal under the wild cherry blossoms of Alishan!   The wisdom and practical applications of traditional rural life!   When grandparents experience leg cramps or weakness at night,   they boil eggs in ginger candy;   For adults suffering from internal heat,   they mix kudzu root powder with brown sugar to make a jelly;   For women's menstrual and postpartum health,   red dates and ginger candy are indispensable!!     Suggested ways to eat:   * Eat directly in your mouth.   * Steep in hot water and drink.   * Perfect for all kinds of dishes, snacks, hot drinks, tea, and coffee!!!   * Simmer with hot water to make a syrup, which is delicate and delicious!!!   * As this is a natural agricultural product, the color may vary from season to season and batch to batch.   Hand-roasted and naturally crystallized, the particle size may also vary.
