Gilbert Chair

The best dining chairs are the ones you reach for without thinking, and these earn that instinct through comfort, proportion, and genuine material quality. Our Gilbert Chair has a chunky and expressive frame with conical legs, stiles and contoured back and seat. The material choice of solid wood was deliberate — it brings the right weight, the right texture, and the right relationship with a carefully applied artisan finish to achieve this particular aesthetic. The solid wood construction means this piece will develop character over years of use — its surface warming, its joints tightening, its presence deepening. Mix and match with other SwayLiving seating around a dining table for a collected, considered look. They also work beautifully in pairs flanking a console, desk, or fireplace as accent chairs with real presence. The SwayLiving brand is built on a conviction that beautiful furniture should be accessible, honest, and made with genuine skill. SwayLiving is an authorized SwayLiving dealer, curating the collection with care and offering the guidance that helps customers invest with confidence.
