It spices up vegetable marinades and lends a delightful kick to spicy dishes and salads. Use our Chili Oil to infuse a warm spice throughout your cooking. Mango Balsam:  This vinegar starts with only ripe and healthy mangos of the Carabao mango variety from the Philippines that have been processed into an incomparable fruit purée. Our fair-trade mangos come from the tropical island of Cebu and create a fresh, fruity sensation. In the vinegar manufactory, this rich and high-quality mango purée is used to create an excellent, fruity, and refined balsam.
