Perfect Pairings Gift Set: Basil & Calamansi

A perfect pairing every time! Enjoy this international best-selling oil paired with one of our very own award-winning vinegars in our stylish 100ml Quadra Onda bottles. Basil Extra Virgin Olive Oil:  The lively taste of the fresh "King of Herbs," as basil is termed, gives this oil its bright flavor and elegant aroma. Rich, grassy notes and a hint of anise round out the full character of our robust basil oil. Try it tossed with pasta, drizzled over tomato salad, as a vegetable marinade, or added to your next batch of pesto for an extra pop of flavor. Our Basil Extra Virgin Olive Oil creates a delicious base for salad dressings, especially when paired with our Grape Balsamic Vinegar or any of our Aceto Balsamicos. Calamansi Balsam:  The Calamansi, also known as the Calamondin orange, is mainly cultivated in the Philippines today. It looks like a miniature tangerine when fully ripe but is often seen and used in its unripened green state. It descends from the mandarin orange. Upon tasting, your nose is filled with the tart-acidic aromas of mandarin orange with hints of lime. Add a few drops of this fair-trade balsam to fish, chicken, or salads, or use in light sauces to give your cuisine a gold star. Set Contains:  2 bottles, 100ml each Origin:  Italy, Germany
