Over up to 6 hours of private design sessions, you’ll work with Pol to refine shape, performance, and flex to create a board perfectly matched to your surfing and your waves. Once your design is complete, the Swellcycle team brings it to life using our sustainable, ultra-durable 3D-printed core, glassed and finished locally in Santa Cruz. A custom resin tint is included so your board looks exactly the way you imagine. Whether this is a gift for someone else or a treat for yourself, it’s a truly personal experience - a surfboard shaped specifically for the way you ride waves. Every purchase includes a printable card you can give to the recipient, explaining the experience and how to begin their custom board journey.
