Delrin is used in various applications due to its high strength, low friction, and excellent dimensional stability. It is commonly used in industries such as automotive, aerospace, and consumer electronics for creating precise components like gears, bearings, and housings. Delrin pins are particularly valued for their ability to withstand extreme temperatures and resist wear and fatigue, making them ideal for high-performance applications INSTALLATION Install Pin Assembly along bottom of door at the desired location, ~3/4 the distance to the latch side. Pin Assembly bore must be thoroughly cleaned out to ensure proper operation. Install strike plate in jamb, or other surface, the ramp centered with pin assembly. Align the strike plate ramp with the pin assembly on the door swing prior to fixing the cover plate screw
