Ghost Ranch Artisan Pretzels – ¾ lb Artisan Pouch

Ghost Ranch Artisan Pretzels Kingston Recipe No. 07 • The Signature Collection Don't Let the Ranch Fool You. Every Kingston recipe has a story. Some introduce themselves immediately. Ghost Ranch takes its time. The first handful feels rich. Creamy. Savory. Comfortable. Then... The ghost pepper quietly begins to make itself known. Not all at once. Not aggressively. Just a slow, steady warmth that keeps building while the ranch continues doing exactly what it was meant to do. Deliver incredible flavor. Ghost Ranch isn't about punishment. It's about patience. The Flavor Ghost Ranch begins with my signature ranch foundation. Creamy buttermilk. Garlic. Onion. Fresh herbs. Cracked pepper. Everything you'd expect from a rich ranch seasoning. Then the ghost pepper arrives. Not with a sudden blast of heat. Instead, it slowly works its way across your palate, building warmth with every handful. The ranch never disappears. It stays with you from beginning to end, balancing the pepper and keeping the recipe remarkably smooth despite its intensity. It's rich. Savory. Bold. And unmistakably Ghost Ranch. Why I Make It This Way Ghost pepper has earned a reputation for being all about heat. I think that's selling it short. Used carefully, ghost pepper has a wonderful depth that's surprisingly flavorful. That's why I pair it with my ranch foundation. The ranch softens the edges. The ghost pepper provides the excitement. Together they create a recipe that's hot enough to satisfy serious spice lovers while still delivering the rich flavor Kingston is known for. Thank you for supporting my craft. — Patrick Founder & Snackmaker Frequently Asked Questions Is Ghost Ranch extremely hot? Ghost Ranch definitely brings noticeable heat, but it was designed to balance rich ranch flavor with authentic ghost pepper instead of overwhelming your palate. How does it compare to Wildfire Ranch? Wildfire Ranch combines smoky hickory flavor with a gentle warmth. Ghost Ranch skips the smoke and lets the ghost pepper become the star, creating a cleaner, bolder heat. How does it compare to Scorchin' Insanity? Ghost Ranch is a step below my Fire Batch recipes. If you enjoy Ghost Ranch and want to move up, Scorchin' Insanity is your next stop. When are these made? Every Kingston recipe is handcrafted during one of my scheduled production runs each month. I produce limited micro-batches and release them while supplies last.
