Gervis House Plan

The Gervis home plan is the perfect plan for a growing family. The Gervis home plan has a generous entry portico with enough space for rocking chairs or a porch swing to create a welcoming atmosphere. The great room and master suite of the Gervis show off beautiful step ceilings. This Gervis home plan offers a spacious master bathroom with a walk-in closet, double vanity, make-up area, and a Whirlpool tub. The dining room and great room open up to the outdoors or an optional patio. This floor plan offers a large kitchen that provides a center island, pass through, and eat-in dining nook. Inside, the dining room and great room are a fusion of family-friendly spaces that are distinguished through astute architectural detailing found in, and enhanced by, the ceiling heights and square arches. A great kitchen is tops on everyone's list of new home must-haves, and Gervis does not disappoint. A kitchen island provides extra space for food preparation while a pass-through grants easy service to the dining room. In-kitchen dining nook hosts casual meals and a great pantry space packs the extra storage that makes a difference. The master suite has a spacious bedroom with rear views to the lanai. There is a luxurious master bath with a host of amenities, from the walk-in closet and make-up area, to the dual vanities and garden view Whirlpool soaking tub. Two secondary bedrooms share a hall bath in a split floor plan that secludes the bedrooms to either side of the home. This 1676 square foot coastal tidewater floor plan features three bedrooms and two bathrooms. It is available with a slab/monolithic foundation.
