Georgia Kesane, Oolong Tea - W/S

Kesane is the name of a flower that grows in Western Georgia's Guria region. This region is bordered by the Black Sea and is famous for hosting one of the largest tea growing areas in Georgia.  This large-leaf oolong tea is exquisite. It brews to a golden cup with a fragrant, floral, nutty aroma and a roasted flavor with notes of citrus.  The smooth and slightly sweet cup is the perfect afternoon pick-me-up. Brew tea at 190º - steep for 4 minutes. Try multiple infusions (let the tea steep for approximately 15 seconds longer on each subsequent infusion).
