Some like the patina that develops as it ages, but it can also be kept bright with a polishing cloth. Please note that some people with skin sensitivities may have skin reactions to these metals. *14k gold fill is a fine metal. Gold filled means there is a thick layer of solid gold on the outside, bonded over the interior metal. It is much higher in quality than gold plated metal and it will not tarnish.
