Generator Pulley Removal Tool Kit Full

This complete generator alternator pulley disassembly kit is a professional specialty auto repair set engineered to remove locked, one-way alternator pulleys on European, German, and most mainstream passenger vehicles. Equipped with multi-size spline bits, adjustable socket drivers, dedicated hub adapters and extension fittings, the kit covers nearly all common alternator pulley designs. Every component is crafted from heat-treated hardened steel for heavy torque resistance, eliminating tedious, damaging makeshift disassembly methods and drastically speeding up alternator maintenance for professional repair shops and DIY auto technicians. All accessories fit neatly inside a rugged molded plastic carry case for organized storage and easy transport between job sites. Full Compatibility for German & Global Vehicle Models Specially sized spline adapters and multi-profile bits perfectly match one-way alternator pulleys on Audi, BMW, Mercedes, Volkswagen and most domestic & Asian vehicles. Dedicated serrated hub sockets lock firmly onto pulley outer gears to prevent slipping during high-torque turning. Heat-Treated Hardened Steel Construction All screwdriver bits, sockets and adapters undergo precision surface heat treatment to boost hardness, wear resistance and anti-corrosion performance. The sturdy metal structure withstands repeated heavy-duty workshop use without bending, chipping or rusting under grease and engine fluid exposure. All-Inclusive Complete Accessory Set The kit includes 6 long multi-tooth spline bits, 2 adjustable long socket drivers, multiple pulley locking adapters, drive reduction sleeves and standard drive extension connectors. One unified set replaces scattered single-purpose tools, covering every step of alternator pulley removal. Labor-Saving Fast Disassembly Design The combined spline bit + lock socket system stabilizes both the inner shaft and outer pulley gear simultaneously, avoiding spinning slippage that scratches pulley surfaces. Compatible with standard ratchet wrenches and impact drivers, cutting repair time in half compared to basic hand tools. Portable Shockproof Storage Case Custom molded blue hard plastic case features individual precision slots for every tool piece, preventing loss, scratches and component damage during transport. Built-in integrated carry handles enable easy transport to garages, roadside repair jobs and home workshops.
