Gen 4 Composite Core

Multi-Material Core for Torsional Stability in High-Intensity Builds Gen 4 Composite Core is a multi-material Core Structure engineered to improve torsional stability and face consistency during off-center contact. It is designed for competitive programs where brands need a high-strength foundation that resists twisting while still supporting controlled touch and fast energy return. Paddle Configuration System (Core-Only Technical Profile) Core Structure: Gen 4 Composite Core — multi-material composite matrix designed to bridge traditional honeycomb-style response and foam-style damping (project-dependent) Construction Method Compatibility: Thermoformed builds and cold-pressed builds (project-dependent) Composite Engineering (Reinforcement Focus): composite reinforcements for torsional rigidity and structural stability Surface Material Compatibility (Build-Level): optimized to pair with high-performance raw carbon fiber faces such as T700 and T800 in OEM manufacturing Performance Variables (Typical Tuning): torsional stability, energy return, damping profile, sweet spot efficiency Thickness Options: 10mm / 13mm / 14mm / 16mm / 18mm Why Gen 4 is chosen for all-around competitive lines Torsional Stability: reinforcement-oriented structure helps reduce twist on off-center hits for a more stable response across the face Energy Management: balanced power return with a refined damping profile to support both drives and touch shots Thickness Tuning: 10–13mm: quicker response and faster rebound 14–16mm: balanced stability and all-around play 18mm: more dwell time and forgiveness for resets Positioning vs. Single-Attribute Cores Compared with classic PP honeycomb (often selected for control-first, value-to-mainstream lines) or power-forward core options used in aggressive builds, Gen 4 Composite Core is commonly used when a brand wants a more all-around balance of stability, response, and durability for competitive play. Manufacturing Consistency for OEM/ODM Programs Gen 4 composite structures rely on controlled layup and bonding. WERiDON manages critical process stages from development to production execution to help maintain tight tolerances and repeatable core integrity across bulk orders—supporting consistent feel and performance across batches.
