Irish Claddagh Silver Stud Earrings with Stone

Our Irish Claddagh Silver Stud Earrings with Stone feel a bit more personal than most because no two pairs ever come out exactly the same. That’s down to the Connemara marble, which has been formed over hundreds of millions of years and carries its own natural patterns and shades of green. Some pieces are deeper and richer, others softer and lighter, it’s part of what makes them interesting.  The marble itself comes from the Joyce family mine in Connemara, which has been the main source of this stone for years. It’s often called “Ireland’s gemstone,” not because it’s polished or perfect, but because it’s so closely tied to the landscape.  The Claddagh design sits naturally around the stone. It’s one of those symbols that people tend to recognise straight away: the heart for love, the hands for friendship, and the crown for loyalty. Set in sterling silver, the earrings have a soft, natural finish that works well with the marble. The size, 0.55 by 0.51 inches, keeps them on the smaller side, so they sit comfortably. They are made in Dublin which is a small detail, but it does add that extra layer of authenticity. It’s a sign that the piece has been properly made and finished to a recognised standard. Overall, these are the kind of earrings that feel easy to wear, but still have a bit of depth to them. Simple at first glance, but with enough character to keep them interesting over time.
