Gel Base Coat, Non-Wipe Top Coat, and Non-Wipe Matte Top Coat Set 15 ml. This gel base coat, non-wipe top coat, and non-wipe matte top coat set is the perfect way to achieve a long-lasting, salon-quality manicure at home.
