Sleep Support Tea Bag Bundle - Tea, Botanicals and Mug

Organic Positively Tea & Botanicals Tea Bag and Mug Bundle Sleep Support Valerian Root* has been used traditionally in Ayurvedic medicine for its sedative properties. While valerian root may be used to get a good night’s rest, it is not advisable to use as a long-term treatment for clinically diagnosed insomnia. For those who do not have diagnosed sleep disorders and are looking for a peaceful night’s sleep, it is best to use valerian root regularly as opposed to as needed* – consistency is key! Since this herbal brew does have a pungent taste and smell, we suggest brewing it with another herbal tea like chamomile or peppermint or using lemon or honey to taste. Milk Thistle Seed** has a mild and faintly sweet flavor that pairs well with other herbal blends. Many fans of this herbal powerhouse like to drink it before bed, to soak up the natural goodness (quercetin, vitamin E) while they sleep. Lavender Chamomile tea is a soothing blend of organic chamomile and organic lavender. This calming and aromatic tea promotes a healthy sense of well-being and is a great relaxing addition to your nighttime routine.
