GBRS Hydra x UNITY™ 2.91 FTC Magnifier Mount Bundle (FDE)

FDE] COLOR: FDE* Bundle also available in Black *COLOR DISCLAIMER: We want to let you know that there may be slight color variations in FDE anodized parts. This is because anodizing is a complex process and there are factors that can affect the color, such as the batch of parts being produced and the material composition. However, these minor differences do not affect the quality or performance of the product. In fact, they add to the unique character of each FDE anodized part. We appreciate your understanding and we are confident that you will love the customized product you receive. GBRS GROUP HYDRA V2 MOUNT KIT: HYDRA is the first dual optic mount designed for end-users that offers a 2.91” Optic Centerline for faster target ID, regardless of gear/ equipment obstructions, ie. EarPro/Comms headsets, Gas masks/ CBRN, and Night vision use. A higher Optic allows for a more athletic posture and “Heads-up” attitude that enables the end-users to maintain a vertical spine which translates to body armor or “presenting plates” to the threat. This “Heads-up” style allows for faster processing speed and increased situational awareness. The unique and patented design offers an elevated MIL-STD-1913, or Picatinny platform for directly attaching accessories such as lights, optics, thermals, and aiming devices. It’s perfect for the super short PDW/SMG platforms where rail space is limited, but mounting a light and aiming device is still critical. The pass-through on the neck allows for cable management or iron sight passthrough on the AIMPOINT® and Trijicon® variants.  There is no longer a need to compromise your grip because of equipment or have to relocate your hands because of limited rail space. We achieve this by elevating accessories like the light or laser off the Picatinny and closer to the red dot optic. This alleviates obscuration and brings the weight to the center of the platform over the magazine well.  US PATENT NO. 11,733,004 WHAT'S INCLUDED: 1 x Hydra V2 Mount Tools: AIMPOINT®: Includes long reach T10 key, a long reach 3/32” hex key and a ¼” drive T25 bit EOTECH®: Includes ¼” drive T25 bit Trijicon®: Includes long reach T10 key, a long reach 3/32” hex key and a ¼” drive T25 bit SPECIFICATIONS: Materials: Mount Material: 6061 - T6 Aluminum Finish: Type 3 Class 2 Hard Coat Anodize (FDE*) according to MIL-A-8625 Clamp Bar Material: 17-4 PH Stainless Steel H900 Condition Finish: Melonite QPQ Screws Material: 17-4 PH Stainless Steel H900 Condition Finish: Melonite QPQ Washers Material: 18-8 Stainless Steel Finish: Passivated Black Oxide Weights: AIMPOINT® MICRO T-2™: 6.5 oz. GBRS GROUP 2.91 FTC MAGNIFIER MOUNT: Utilizing UNITY™ Tactical’s revolutionary Flip-to-Center technology, the 2.91 FTC (Flip-to-Center) brings any magnifier to the 2.91 height to pair with the GBRS Group Hydra Mounting Systems. The 2.91 FTC Mount employs a simple force-to-overcome mechanism and stows the magnifier below the optical sight plane and completely within the footprint of the weapon's receiver when not in use. This eliminates the flip-to-side placement of legacy products, in which users receive all the benefits of magnification when required with no occlusion of sight pictures when stowed.
