Garter Stitch Necklace Light Scarf Pattern

I wanted to design a spring cowl that worked in places like Florida where it's cold in the early morning, warm in the late morning and hot by noon. Then at about 6:00 pm you feel a little chill in the air. So, the Garter Stitch Necklace is it. You can make all your straps the same size, adjust the number of straps or make them different length. I think it's super cool and I sure hope you like it. This is a somewhat simple pattern that only appears complicated. But I believe that since it includes a video even a true beginner can easily handle the pattern. With so many uses it is definitely worth the try.
