Garmin HRM 600

The  Garmin HRM 600  is a premium heart rate monitor chest strap launched in May 2025, designed for data-driven performance athletes. It is the first in Garmin's HRM series to feature a rechargeable battery, offering up to 2 months of battery life per charge.  Garmin +3 Key Features and Capabilities Advanced Running Dynamics: Provides metrics such as vertical oscillation, ground contact time balance, and stride length when paired with a compatible smartwatch. Step Speed Loss: A new feature that calculates how much a runner decelerates when their foot hits the ground, helping to analyze form and efficiency. Stand-Alone Recording: Records heart rate, calories, pace, and distance for activities where wearing a watch is impractical, such as team sports (soccer, basketball) or martial arts. Daily Activity Tracking: Tracks steps, calories burned, and intensity minutes throughout the day, syncing directly to the Garmin Connect app. Connectivity: Transmits real-time heart rate and HRV data via ANT+ and Bluetooth, supporting up to three concurrent Bluetooth connections. Swim Support: Stores heart rate data during swimming sessions and forwards it to a compatible watch after the activity is saved.  Garmin +6 Design and Maintenance Removable Module: The sensor module is detachable, allowing the strap to be machine-washed. Tri-Color LED: A status light indicates when the device is awake, pairing, or has a low battery. Water Rating: Rated at 5 ATM, making it suitable for swimming and intense, sweaty workouts. Sizing: Available in two sizes: XS-S: Fits chest sizes 60–85 cm (23.5–33.5"). M-XL: Fits chest sizes 80–120 cm (31.5–47.0")
