Garlic Roasted Powder

Ingredients: Garlic Roasted, Rice Hulls (natural anti-caking agent) Description: Roasted garlic is perfect for adding a mellow, nutty flavor where regular garlic may be too sharp. Roasted garlic adds a sweet, caramel flavor to soups and salad dressings. A very small amount can elevate meat, fish, and vegetables dishes and be almost undetectable. Garlic is quite the ubiquitous spice in the culinary world essential in the robust cuisine of the Mediterranean region, important to Indian recipes, and is widely used in China and South East Asia. Roasted garlic can be used in the same manner as fresh garlic.
