Garlic Jack

Flavor Description: With a one of a kind flavor, this cheese brings to life the purity of garlic with a body of that of Monterey Jack cheese. As the name of this cheese alludes, it provides a great dose of garlic flavor but also provides a visual spectacle from some added parsley for color. When this cheese is younger you will get the salty flavor of Jack cheese and as it ages the garlic flavor will become more pronounced with significant increases in garlic aftertaste. Not a huge fan of garlic? No worries, this garlic flavor will not over-power you. Age: 3 months - 6 months Body: Semi-Soft cheese with a springy body when served at room temperature. When eaten alone you will feel the creaminess of the Monterey Jack base and the soft, butter like texture.
