Garlic & Dill

Indulge in the bold, savory flavors of our Raw Garlic and Dill Cheddar. Aged for 60 days, this cheddar combines the rich, sharp taste of traditional cheddar with the aromatic punch of fresh garlic and fragrant dill—creating a perfect balance of flavor that’s both unique and satisfying. Crafted the way cheese was made in ancient times, our raw cheddar retains all of its natural nutrients and enzymes, delivering superior flavor and a wealth of health benefits. Unlike many industrial cheeses, we use traditional animal rennet (no vegetable or GMO FPC rennet here!)—making our cheese more authentic and easier on your digestive system. The raw milk used to make this cheese comes from 100% grass-fed, regeneratively raised Jersey cows. These cows are rotated on lush pastures, ensuring they graze on a variety of nutrient-dense forages. This natural diet contributes to healthier cows, which in turn produces healthier cheese. Our cows are A2A2, meaning they produce milk that’s gentler on the digestive system, allowing many who struggle with traditional dairy to enjoy this cheese without discomfort. The benefits of our Raw Garlic and Dill Cheddar go beyond flavor. Our cheeses are packed with essential nutrients like bioavailable calcium, vitamin K2, lactoferrin, and anti-inflammatory phytochemicals that promote overall wellness. Raw cheese is also a natural source of B vitamins, bioavailable protein, and gut-friendly probiotics—making it a true superfood. Say goodbye to pasteurized cheese that’s stripped of its natural goodness. With our traditional methods and the finest A2 raw milk, our Raw Garlic and Dill Cheddar offers you a richer, more nourishing experience—just as it was meant to be enjoyed for over 7,000 years.
