They are highly prized by our market customers and growers alike and we are excited to offer them more widely.  Music is a hardneck variety and produces large tender scapes. Garlic Scapes are a wonderful addition to the early season market table and they store for many weeks in refrigeration. Music bulbs store very well once cured and our 2024 harvest was marketable well into the middle of May 2025.  We have been saving, selecting and regrowing this garlic for over a decade and our original seed stock was from a Certified Organic source.   It is very well adapted to our cold Michigan winters and has performed well through the less consistent weather patterns of recent years. Here on our home farm we have a heavier clay loam soil and we are still able to achieve mostly large and jumbo size bulbs, it also does well in lighter soils. We work closely with a local soil food web consultant to help us create a healthy soil ecosystem and balanced nutrition plan. Our garlic has tested negative for garlic bloat nematode.  Contact us for Bulk quantities or if you have any questions.  Currently we do not ship to the following states: Idaho, Nevada, Oregon, Washington.
