Gamakatsu Bottom Knocker Offset Hooks

Features: The Gamakatsu Bottom Knocker offset hooks combines the benefits of fishing with a jig with an EWG worm hook, and a large lead ball head to get down deep. The Bottom Knocker's hook features the sharply angled Z-Bend, which keeps your worm from sliding off the hook--a fish pulling the worm digs the worm into the Z-Bend, holding it fast and keeping your bait in play. Rounded weight on the Bottom Knocker, plus offset eye lets your bait lay down, which is a behavior that triggers strikes. The Bottom Knocker features a big lead to get your weight down to the bottom with a 1/0 hook so you can fish a bigger worm down at the bottom. The Gamakatsu Bottom Knocker comes in several different sizes, in packs of 4 hooks per pack. Anglers on the other side of the "big pond" have been boasting about the advantages of using an offset bottom knocker for many years now. We put them in the hands of several of our most trusted pros and tackle testers in the U.S. and waited to hear what they had to say. What a surprise, they slay bigmouths here in the States as well. Notice the finesse football head designed for fishing deep structure, and the fact that the hook eye is offset to tantalize the "lay down" action. And of course, the genuine Gamakatsu hook is as sharp as they come. Available in 3/8, 1/2, 5/8 and 3/4 ounce sizes.
