Galerna Garnacha

Galerna takes its name from the fierce, sea‑driven winds that sweep across northern Spain—gusts that bring sudden cool air, clear skies, and a kind of natural vitality that mirrors the character of the wines themselves. The label is rooted in a cooperative of small family growers who farm organically as a matter of heritage, not marketing, tending vineyards that have been passed down through generations. Their fruit comes from high, wind‑kissed sites where the galerna helps keep the grapes healthy and vibrant, and the growers’ meticulous care ensures purity and quality in every bottle. The result is an honest, sustainably made, great‑value Spanish wine that carries the energy of the land and the families who shape it. Galerna’s Garnacha is juicy, sun‑bright, and wonderfully expressive, carrying the same sense of honest, wind‑shaped vitality that defines the winery. It opens with vivid red fruit—ripe strawberry, raspberry, and a touch of cherry—wrapped in a gentle lift of rose petal and wild herbs. The palate is supple and silky, with that classic Garnacha warmth balanced by the freshness that comes from organically tended, high‑altitude vineyards. A hint of soft spice and a whisper of earth linger on the finish, giving the wine both charm and authenticity while keeping it effortlessly drinkable. 750ml
