The KA4 (Kurz Ausführung 4 — Short Version 4) is the ultra-compact carbine variant of the G36 family, featuring a drastically shortened barrel optimized for vehicle crews, special operations personnel, and close-quarters combat. The G36 family has been adopted by Spain, Thailand, Malaysia, and numerous other nations, and has seen combat in Afghanistan, Iraq, and counter-terrorism operations worldwide. It is also notable for its modular design, allowing barrel, optic, and stock changes in the field. 3D printed products may require minor post-processing. Support remnants, layer lines, or slight surface variations are normal and can be cleaned up with a hobby knife, needle files, or light sanding. Final appearance may vary slightly depending on printer settings and material used.
