G35B16W

Product Description The G35B16W Pump is a powerful and versatile solution from the G35 Series, designed to meet the rigorous demands of industrial, commercial, and agricultural applications. With its robust construction and exceptional performance, this pump is perfect for high-pressure water boosting, reverse osmosis, and other critical processes. Equipped with a 3 HP motor, the G35B16W offers a flow rate of up to 40 gallons per minute (GPM) and can handle discharge pressures up to 180 PSI. It features high-strength thermoplastic impellers and diffusers, stainless steel shafts, and wear rings, ensuring superior durability and operational efficiency. The "W" model signifies its stainless steel construction, providing excellent corrosion resistance for harsh environments. Whether you're optimizing water pressure for industrial systems or ensuring reliable performance in water treatment setups, the G35B16W Pump delivers unmatched reliability and efficiency.     Installation Manual Installation Instructions Preparation: Ensure the installation site is clean, dry, and has sufficient ventilation. Verify that the power supply matches the pump's electrical requirements (3 HP motor, 60 Hz, 3450 RPM). Ensure all piping and fittings are compatible with the pump's inlet and discharge sizes (1.5" NPT). Mounting: Secure the pump on a stable, level surface to prevent vibrations during operation. If the pump has a support bracket (14+ stages), ensure it is mounted approximately 4 inches from the discharge for added stability. Piping Connections: Connect the suction pipe to the inlet, ensuring an airtight seal to prevent cavitation. Connect the discharge pipe to the outlet, ensuring proper alignment to avoid stress on the pump housing. Install a check valve and isolation valves on both the suction and discharge lines for easy maintenance. Electrical Connection: Use a certified electrician to connect the pump to the power source. Follow all local electrical codes and guidelines for safety. Ensure the motor is properly grounded. Priming the Pump: Fill the pump casing with water through the priming port to eliminate air pockets. Ensure all air is purged from the suction line. Testing: Turn on the pump briefly to check for proper rotation (refer to the motor manual). Inspect all connections for leaks or vibrations. Run the pump at full capacity and monitor for stable operation. Maintenance Tips: Regularly inspect the pump for wear or leaks. Clean or replace the mechanical seal and wear rings as needed. Follow the manufacturer's maintenance schedule for optimal performance.
