3.5 Inch Square Trim | Black | Goodlite G-23521

The Aster 3.5 Inch Black Square Trim is a modern architectural recessed lighting trim designed to provide a bold and refined appearance for contemporary ceiling applications. Engineered for use with Aster interchangeable LED modules, this trim combines a clean geometric square profile with a sleek black finish, creating a sophisticated lighting solution for residential, hospitality, retail, and commercial environments. The T3.5/SQ/B/G2 trim is designed specifically for 3.5-inch recessed lighting systems, offering a contemporary alternative to traditional round trims. The square profile creates sharper visual lines and stronger architectural definition, making it ideal for modern interiors, luxury homes, offices, hotels, restaurants, galleries, retail spaces, and upscale commercial projects. The black finish enhances ceiling aesthetics while reducing perceived glare and providing subtle contrast against lighter ceiling surfaces. This design approach has become increasingly popular in architectural lighting because it creates a more refined and premium appearance while helping fixtures visually integrate into contemporary interior designs. With a required 3.75-inch cutout size and a compact 4.41-inch outside dimension, the trim delivers clean ceiling integration without excessive fixture visibility. The clip-in mounting system allows for quick and secure installation in both new construction and retrofit applications, simplifying installation while maintaining a professional finish. The trim is compatible with multiple Aster LED module configurations including shallow, regular, high-output, and beam-adjustable modules. Supported installation heights include 2.36 inches for shallow modules, 3.53 inches for regular modules, 5.14 inches for high-output modules, and 3.56 inches for beam-adjustable modules, providing flexibility across different lighting designs while preserving visual consistency. The Aster 3.5 Inch Black Square Trim combines modern styling, modular compatibility, and clean architectural aesthetics for recessed lighting projects requiring a premium contemporary appearance.
