Fusion Dub – Multi-Tone Buggy Fly Tying Dubbing

Fusion Dub is a highly blended, multi-tone dubbing designed to create natural depth, subtle flash, and lifelike movement in modern fly patterns. Built with a mix of fine fibers and integrated flash strands, this material produces a layered, “alive” look that shifts in the water—exactly what triggers fish in pressured conditions. Unlike flat, single-color dubbings, Fusion Dub combines multiple tones into one blend, allowing you to build realistic bodies without stacking materials. The result is a more natural profile that imitates everything from mayfly nymphs and caddis larvae to emergers and small baitfish. This is a true all-purpose dubbing. It can be applied tight for clean, tapered bodies or picked out for a buggy, breathing profile. Whether you're tying technical trout flies or adding life to small streamers, Fusion Dub gives you control over both texture and movement. Compared to standard dubbings, this blend is intentionally more dynamic—designed to create contrast, segmentation, and subtle flash in a single wrap. Why It Works: • Multi-tone blend creates natural depth without extra materials • Fine fibers with integrated flash for subtle movement • Builds smooth bodies or buggy profiles depending on application • Reflects light naturally to imitate real prey • Eliminates the need to mix dubbing colors by hand Best Uses: • Nymph bodies (mayfly, caddis, general attractors) • Emergers and soft hackles • Small streamers and baitfish accents • Scuds and sow bugs • Adding flash and depth to traditional patterns Available Colors: Black Olive Dun Pheasant Tail Rust
