The Tunisian eureka lemons mature simultaneously with their olives (chetoui and chemlali variety). By pressing freshly-picked lemons and olives together, we have captured the crisp and rejuvenating flavor of this extraordinary combination. This olive oil is ideal for sauteing seafood like shrimp or scallops, and can also be used as a dipping sauce for hot crab, lobster or shrimp. You can also try using it to marinate and bake asparagus, or drizzle over shaved spring onions topped with a sprinkle of sea salt.
