Before You Buy Will it arrive in time for the wedding or shower? In most cases, the answer is yes. We make each candle to order, and it usually takes 3 to 5 business days to get it ready in our workshop in the US. If you need it for a specific date, it's best to order at least a week ahead of time. But if you're running close, just get in touch with us at customerservice@giftshire.com or give us a call at +1 (909) 529-0347 before you place your order, and we'll let you know what we can do. Can I preview the candle with the date before I buy? You can see exactly what your wedding date will look like on the label before you buy it, and it's free. The customizer tool on this page lets you check the format and spelling of your wedding date, so you can make sure everything is just right before you add it to your cart. Is the wedding date the only personalization? When you're getting a candle as a gift for a couple, the date is what makes it really special. But that's not all - you also get to pick the scent and the size, so the candle is tailored just for them. This means every candle is one-of-a-kind, made with the couple in mind. Can I return or exchange a personalized candle? If you receive a candle that's damaged or we've made an error, don't worry, we'll fix the issue. However, since each candle is created with a specific date, we can't accept returns just because you've changed your mind. If you do encounter a problem, please get in touch with us and we'll do our best to resolve it. Product Details Candle Type Natural soy wax, USA-made.
