Functional Trainer

Missing the commercial gym cable machines? That's what a functional trainer is for. And if you're building a serious cable machine for your home gym, this is where to start. Two independent cables. 16 height positions per side. ONE dual cable machine that covers rehab, sport-specific training, bodybuilding, and everything in between. This is a Choose Your Own Adventure — and it has a lot of chapters. TWO VERSIONS. ONE STANDARD. Weight Stack → 160 LBS per stack, pin-loaded, no plate math required. Move the pin, grab the handle, go. The definition of bougie convenience — and worth every penny of it. Plate-Loaded → The plate loaded functional trainer that lets you keep costs low and make the most of the iron you already own. You can always start with plate-loaded and upgrade later with the Weight Stack Upgrade Kit. BUILT FOR THE LONG HAUL. 14-gauge steel rails. Aluminum pulleys with high-quality bearings stay buttery smooth, session after session. A 2:1 pull ratio that makes every position feel dialled in. This isn't a cable crossover machine that creaks after a year. It just works. 16 HEIGHT SETTINGS PER CABLE. Low to high, close grip to wide, unilateral to bilateral — the adjustment range is the whole point. Cable crossovers. Lat pulldowns. Seated rows. Face pulls. Tricep pushdowns. Woodchops. Lateral raises. Bicep curls. Chest flyes. Rear delt work. The tower uprights are compatible with 2.3” rack attachments for even more exercise versatility. We recommend the Y Dip, the Seal Row Pad, and the Landmine Attachment for this multi-purpose marvel. Hundreds of exercises, one footprint. It’s the kind of functional trainer home gym setup that makes everything else feel like overkill. Four welded attachment hooks in the center of the frame keep your cable attachments within arm's reach. With 20+ options to choose from — ropes, bars, handles, straps — you'll need the storage. A multi-grip pull-up bar unlocks your back, biceps, core, and grip work when you're done with the cables. Verified reviews with a near-perfect rating. Lifters consistently mention two things: how smooth the pull feels out of the box, and how many exercises they didn't realize they were missing until they had one. Need a machine that doubles as a squat stand? Check out the All-in-One Trainer. It adds full rack functionality to the same cable footprint. Prefer dedicated back-and-cable work? The Lat Pulldown / Low Row Machine is purpose-built for exactly that. LIMITED LIFETIME frame warranty. Pick your version and get pulling.
