The fork-over models (PPS2600-62NFO-21 and PPS2600-62NFO-27) are designed for use with open-bottom pallets and skids. The PPS2600-62NFO-21 has a 21-inch overall fork width with an 8.5-inch base leg inside dimension, while the PPS2600-62NFO-27 has a 27-inch overall fork width with a 14.75-inch base leg inside dimension. Both fork-over units reach a lift height of 62 inches with a lowered height of 3.5 inches. The adjustable straddle models (PPS2600-62NAS, PPS2600-101AS, and PPS2600-125AS) work with any type of pallet or skid, including closed-bottom. The straddle base legs adjust from 40 to 50 inches on the inside, and forks adjust from 12.5 to 27 inches on the outside. This gives operators the flexibility to handle a wide range of pallet sizes without switching equipment. The 62-inch narrow mast model (PPS2600-62NAS) features a narrow mast design for unmatched visibility during transport. The PPS2600-101AS and PPS2600-125AS use telescoping masts to reach lift heights of 101 inches and 125 inches. An optional LiFePO4 lithium iron phosphate battery with battery management system and quick charge feature is available for facilities that need faster charging and longer run times. Optional load backrests in 36-inch and 48-inch heights help stabilize taller loads. A high-traction rubber drive wheel is also available for use on epoxy floors or any application that requires more grip. Factory-set travel speed and adjustable fork lowering speed round out the available options. Applications The PPS2600 fully powered pallet stacker is built for operations that need powered lifting and powered drive in a compact walkie-style format. Common uses include: Stacking and unstacking pallets and skids in warehouses and distribution centers Loading and unloading shelves, racks, and storage systems at a range of lift heights Positioning pallets at workstations, assembly cells, and production lines Transporting loaded pallets across facility floors, loading docks, and staging areas Handling closed-bottom pallets and skids using straddle base models Working with open-bottom pallets and skids using fork-over models This fully powered stacker fills the gap between manual pallet handling and full-size forklift operations. It is a strong fit for facilities that need powered lift and drive capability but do not have the space, budget, or volume to justify a sit-down forklift. The quiet operation and compact footprint also make the PPS2600 suitable for retail environments, showrooms, and other areas where noise and floor space are factors. Selection Assistance Start by identifying the type of pallets your facility uses. If you work with open-bottom pallets or skids, the fork-over models (PPS2600-62NFO-21 or PPS2600-62NFO-27) are the right choice. If your operation uses closed-bottom pallets, or a mix of pallet types, the adjustable straddle models (PPS2600-62NAS, PPS2600-101AS, or PPS2600-125AS) provide the flexibility to handle all of them. Next, determine the lift height you need. The 62-inch models work well for ground-level stacking and low shelving. The PPS2600-101AS reaches 101 inches for mid-height racking, and the PPS2600-125AS reaches 125 inches for taller storage systems. For the 62-inch straddle model, the narrow mast design gives operators a clear line of sight during transport. Consider battery options as well. The standard battery works for most single-shift operations. For multi-shift use or facilities that need faster turnaround, the optional LiFePO4 lithium iron phosphate battery with quick charge provides a longer-lasting, faster-charging solution.
