FULL RYDE Bourbon Batch #001-25, 122 Proof is a high-proof, limited-edition bourbon built for collectors and serious bourbon drinkers who want maturity, exclusivity, and a polished premium presentation in one bottle. Produced and bottled at Middle West Spirits in Columbus, Ohio, this first limited release is a small-batch four-grain blend of 8-year Indiana MGP bourbon and 13-year Kentucky bourbon, bottled at 122 proof (61% ABV) with only 228 bottles released to the public. FULL RYDE positions it as a bottle that honors grit, milestones, and celebration, while the hand-signed packaging by co-founder Jared Allen gives it an immediate collector-level identity. Process & Profile FULL RYDE describes Batch #001-25 as its first limited-edition release, built through the careful marriage of mature bourbon barrels selected for balance, depth, and premium small-batch character. According to the official product page, the blend combines 8-year Indiana MGP bourbon with 13-year Kentucky bourbon, and required only a minimal proof adjustment to arrive at the final 122-proof bottling. The brand’s broader house style centers on quality over quantity, high-proof integrity, and four-grain blending aimed at collectors and connoisseurs. On the nose, Batch #001-25 opens with a rich, mature aromatic profile of caramel, vanilla, brown sugar, oak, lightly spiced dark fruit, saddle leather, and cinnamon. It immediately reads as a serious bourbon, but one with enough sweetness and refinement to feel plush rather than aggressive. The palate leans decadent and layered, with official tasting notes describing a forward profile of rich oak, maple syrup, and slight caramel, followed by a body showing coconut, slight chocolate, vanilla, cherry, and a notably viscous mouthfeel. The finish carries through with cherry syrup, intense cinnamon spice, and mature oak with lingering maple notes, giving the whiskey a bold but polished close that feels built for slow sipping. What makes FULL RYDE Bourbon Batch #001-25 especially compelling is the combination of older bourbon stocks, elevated proof, micro-release scarcity, and luxury presentation. With just 228 bottles, individually numbered packaging, and the distinction of being the brand’s first limited-edition release, it has the kind of exclusivity that makes it especially attractive for gifting, celebrating milestones, or securing as a collectible bottle for a serious bourbon shelf. Serve it neat to appreciate its layered sweetness, mature oak, and full texture, or add a few drops of water to open the spice and dark-fruit notes further. It should also perform beautifully over a large cube for a slower, more contemplative pour. That serving guidance is an inference based on its 122-proof structure and official tasting profile.
