Signature Experience Each full moon offers an opportunity to pause, reflect, and reconnect with yourself. Join us for an immersive evening of ritual, intention, and restoration as we gather to honor the energy of the full moon. Guided by Angela Sayre and Lauren Cureton, this signature monthly experience invites you to slow down, release what is no longer serving you, and create space for greater clarity, presence, and possibility. The evening begins with a thoughtful full moon reflection and intention-setting ritual led by Angela, offering guided prompts and journaling to help you connect with where you are, what you're ready to release, and what you want to call into the next season of your life. From there, Lauren will guide you through grounding breathwork designed to calm the nervous system and bring you fully into the present moment. The experience concludes with an immersive crystal singing bowl sound bath, creating space for deep relaxation, integration, and renewal. Together, this monthly gathering offers a supportive space to reconnect with yourself, find community with other women, and align with the natural rhythm of reflection, release, and new possibility.
