Full Automatic Twist Lock | 2 Pack

Enhance safety and efficiency in your container handling operations with our fully automatic shipping container twist lock. Engineered for maximum strength and reliability, this twist lock delivers exceptional performance under extreme working conditions, making it ideal for port operations, stacking, lifting, and marine transport. With a minimum breaking load of 500 kN in tension and 420 kN in shear, this unit is built for heavy-duty applications. The automatic locking and unlocking function activates during loading and unloading, eliminating the need for operation rods and simplifying workflow. Its one-piece, high-tensile cast steel housing contains no moving parts, ensuring long-lasting durability with zero maintenance required. Hot-dip galvanizing provides superior corrosion resistance, while the yellow-marked upper cone improves visibility during lifting operations. This twist lock maintains the same vertical clearance as semi-automatic models and is compatible with various lashing systems. It is also approved for lifting with twin spreaders, ensuring maximum flexibility in demanding environments.
