Add the flavor during kegging or bottling, starting with the lower amount and adjusting gradually to taste. Mix gently and sample before treating the entire batch. Flavor Profile and Beverage IdeasFruit Punch blends red berries, cherry, citrus, and tropical fruit into a bright, familiar profile. Use it in wheat beer, blonde ale, hard cider, session mead, hard seltzer, or a sparkling fruit beverage. Keep the base clean and lightly tart. Pineapple, orange, lime, cherry, and strawberry can emphasize different sides of the blend.
