Frozen Heart by Alex Eldritch

He opened a twitter account @God_Almighty and his first tweet, "Attention Sinners - I have arrived." His second tweet, “Melissa was a treat, now she’s frozen meat. Check out the heat at the Estates Condominiums on West Elm Street.” Drew national attention. A D/s couple of paranormal detectives are hired to find the killer, but find they are not up to the task. Help arrives in the form of a transgender woman with a surprising history and even more unusual talents. Explicit sexual and horrific torture scenes make this story 18+ and not for prudes or faint-hearted readers.
