Frozen - Chicken Piccata

This is a delicious Chicken Piccata your whole family will love. It is made with high-quality RedBird chicken breast and a delicious, lemony piccata sauce. Scallopini is thinly sliced and pounded chicken that is lightly flowered and pan fried. Order on its own or add spaghetti and parmesan cheese to complete the meal. Size & Packaging Size: Small (2 servings) A Small contains 10 oz chicken breast and 1 cup of piccata sauce, and is a suitable serving for two. Optional: add pasta (1 quart) and parmesan cheese (2 oz) for serving. Packaged in plastic.  Ingredients Ingredients, Chicken Scallopini: Red Bird chicken breast, olive oil, Bob's Red Mill GF flour (sweet white rice flour, whole grain brown rice flour, potato starch, whole grain sweet white sorghum flour, tapioca flour, xanthan gum) and WN salt seasoning (sugar, white, salt, cayenne, sweet paprika, powdered garlic, ground black pepper). Ingredients, Piccata Sauce: White wine, lemon juice, chicken stock, butter, capers, shallots, garlic, black pepper, arrowroot power, olive oil, salt and milk. Preparation To serve: Chicken has been fully cooked. Thaw ingredients in the fridge. Remove chicken from bag. Warm gently on the stove, with sauce, until heated through.  Once thawed, enjoy within 3 days! Serving Suggestions Serve alongside a simple Italian salad (lettuce, tomatoes, pepperoncini, black olives) or crunchy Caesar salad. Pair with vegetables, especially oven-roasted or air-fried asparagus, broccoli or brussels sprouts.  Sauté some spinach or more bitter greens like kale, collards or mustard greens with butter, garlic and red pepper flakes.
