Key Features F150 & Raptor EcoBoost COBB Front-Mount Intercooler Features: Factory location, no cutting required 70% larger core volume than stock 10% more cooling surface area Cast aluminum TIG-welded construction Fits OEM shutter shroud perfectly Improves throttle response and airflow Supports higher boost and power levels Two ports for meth or drain options Compatible with COBB OTS maps Designed using CFD for smooth flow Black finish for stealthy appearance 50-state legal, CARB certified Effortless Cooling Performance Right Where You Need It If you’re pushing your EcoBoost F150 or Raptor harder than most, chances are you’ve already felt the limits of the stock intercooler. Heat soak comes quickly, and with it, a noticeable drop in power. The COBB Front-Mount Intercooler for 2017-2025 trucks solves that issue with a purpose-built upgrade that fits in the factory location without requiring any cutting, trimming, or permanent modification. It offers a 70% increase in core volume and a 10% bump in cooling surface area, helping to keep charge air temps under control when boost and load start climbing. That added cooling headroom means your truck holds power longer, delivers stronger midrange torque, and feels more responsive in real-world driving, whether you're pulling uphill, hammering on dirt trails, or merging at full throttle on the highway. Smart Design. Clean Fitment. Proven Durability. This intercooler isn’t just bigger, it’s smarter. COBB took the time to design the end tanks using CFD (computational fluid dynamics), ensuring smooth airflow and minimal turbulence throughout the system. Cast aluminum construction and TIG welding give it the durability to handle high boost, off-road abuse, and years of daily driving. The outlet port has a large chamfer that reduces restriction into the throttle body tube, adding to the overall airflow efficiency. It even includes two flat surfaces cast into the body for easy addition of water/meth injection or a drain port if you're building a more aggressive setup. Installation is straightforward, bolts right into the stock location, and integrates seamlessly with the factory shutter system. It's clean, functional, and built with the attention to detail that separates COBB from the pack. Expect a noticeable performance gain behind the wheel, and the confidence that your truck is running cooler and stronger.
