Dr KDSS Front KDSS Billet Ink for 4Runner (2010-2024) & GX460

If you’re serious about how your suspension performs, this is a functional upgrade—not a cosmetic one. This billet aluminum replacement front KDSS fixed link eliminates the binding caused by the factory rubber bushing, allowing your front sway bar and suspension to cycle more freely under load. Designed specifically for KDSS-equipped vehicles, it replaces the OEM passenger-side fixed link with a fully greaseable, serviceable performance pivot built for real off-road abuse. Fitment Vehicle compatibility: 2010–2024 4Runner / GX460 / Prado 150 KDSS required: KDSS-equipped vehicles only Not compatible: Non-KDSS models Shipping Free U.S. shipping: Included Lead time: Ships within 48–72 hours What it is Billet replacement link: Replaces OEM passenger-side fixed KDSS link Greaseable design: Fully serviceable Delrin bushing system Performance-focused: Built for real off-road use Why this exists OEM limitation: Factory rubber bushing torqued to 110 ft-lbs at ride height Restricted rotation: Bushing resists movement once torqued Tension buildup: Suspension deflects instead of cycling freely Reduced articulation: OEM link barely rotates by hand when disconnected This billet link removes that bind and allows the suspension to function at its full potential. What it does Eliminates rubber bind: Removes restriction from OEM rubber bushing Improves articulation: Allows smoother front suspension movement Enhances sway bar cycling: Better performance under load Reduces stored tension: Minimizes preload during suspension travel Maintains KDSS function: No interference with system operation Serviceable pivot: Fully greaseable design Safety option: Integrated pilot hole for optional safety wire Real-world development Tested over 3+ years: Long-term product development 25,000+ hard miles: Field-tested performance Proven environments: Baja race support, Baja tours, SoCal high desert, trail and desert use This is real-world validation—not theoretical engineering. Serious about suspension performance? Yes Wheeling hard? Yes Care about full articulation? Yes Daily driver with no articulation use? Probably not—and that’s okay Real talk This upgrade removes unnecessary restriction from your front suspension and allows your KDSS-equipped vehicle to cycle the way it should.
