DRT Fabrication Front Frame Gussets for Tacoma (2016-2023)

Strengthen and reinforce your Tacoma’s chassis with our heavy-duty front frame overlay plates, precision laser-cut from 3/16” high-strength steel. Designed specifically for 2005–2023 Toyota Tacoma models, this weld-on kit is built to handle the demands of serious off-road driving, long-travel suspension setups, and heavy winch pulls. Why Install Front Frame Overlay Plates? The factory Tacoma frame is prone to stress when subjected to aggressive off-road use, recovery pulls, and aftermarket modifications. These overlay plates are engineered to reinforce the front frame section—adding rigidity, preventing twisting, and improving structural integrity. By covering the crumple zone, this kit provides extra support where your truck needs it most. Key Features 3/16” Laser-Cut Steel – Built from high-strength steel for maximum durability. Chassis Reinforcement – Overlays the front factory frame section for added rigidity. Crumple Zone Coverage – Reinforces a known weak point in the Tacoma frame. Off-Road Proven – Ideal for trucks running long-travel suspension, heavy winches, or aggressive off-road builds. Model Fitment – Compatible with 2005–2023 Toyota Tacoma (2WD & 4WD). Weld-On Installation – Requires professional welding for a permanent, bulletproof fit. Built for Serious Off-Road Tacoma Owners Whether you’re building a dedicated pre-runner, outfitting your overland rig, or just want peace of mind under heavy loads, these Tacoma frame overlay plates deliver the strength your truck deserves.
